Jenna Fox has been working with Thrive Central Oregon since September 2020, and has been the force behind distribution of our rental and mortgage assistance funding. She says that “working with rental and mortgage assistance funding is both rewarding and challenging. In order to process an application I talk, text, and email with both the applicant and landlord in an attempt to collect a wide variety of required, but often hard to procure documents and forms. Of course, all the work is worth it when we can provide the assistance needed to keep a Central Oregonian in their home!”
Jenna grew up in the rolling plains of the midwest, where she graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in photography. Her internship on a rural farm near Eugene with WWOOF (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) is where she fell in love with Oregon. Soon after, she, her husband and dogs moved to beautiful Central Oregon to explore the wild outdoors. Her passion for helping people and strengthening community bonds is exactly why she loves working for TCO. In her free time she enjoys illustrating, embroidery, camping, waterfalls, and the Oregon coast.
